Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining various machines and systems. You will handle installations, pre-maintenance tasks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a commitment to teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Hard Skills
PLC experience
Control systems experience
Advanced knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Welding (Mig preferred)
Understanding of technical drawings
Experience with shop equipment (lathes, mills, drill press, hydraulic press, etc.)
Equipment installation and support

Experience with robotics (preferred)

Will be full permanent with the company after 6 months
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Must be capable of lifting 50lbs and working overtime with little notice, including weekends.
