Description

We are offering a contract job opportunity in the finance industry, specifically in the function of a Loan Processor - Support, located in Reading, Pennsylvania. The role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and verify customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records with high accuracy

• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer credit accounts and detect any irregularities

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments, adhering to company policies and legal regulations

• Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data accurately

• Prepare and submit customer invoices in a timely manner

• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices and take necessary action

• Code, post and receipt payments from customers

• Utilize Automated Underwriting System, Calyx Point, CRM, Data Processing, LPS, Closing Processes, Compliance, Consumer Loans, Credit, Customer Service, and Data Entry - Numeric skills in daily tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting System

• Experience with Calyx Point software

• Ability to utilize CRM systems effectively

• Strong skills in data processing and management

• Familiarity with LPS (Loan Processing System)

• Knowledge of closing processes in loan transactions

• Understanding of compliance regulations related to loan processing

• Experience in handling consumer loans

• Ability to evaluate credit worthiness

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in numeric data entry

• Ability to manage incoming payments effectively
