SFS Group USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Machine Operator with some wastewater treatment experience to join our E-coat team on 2nd shift in Exeter Township, PA.

Primary Responsibilities

• Power up, operate, and shut down E-coat machine

• Visually identify product to stage and prep incoming orders

• Operate material loader and carousel

• Handling of material though the E-coating process

• Inspect parts for quality

• Occasional hand packaging of finished product as needed

• Understanding and confirmation of work orders using SAP system

• Operate automatic wrapper for scrap and recycling

• Operate forklift to move goods

• Troubleshoot machine issues as required

• Assist in training other employees

• Perform weekly cleaning per the schedule as required

• Monitor the in-house wastewater system

• Test processing water

• Accurately maintain all required logs and records

• Ensure the filter press remains clean

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment

• Light plumbing work

• Responsible for waste removal

• Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate

• High School Diploma/GED required

• Proven knowledge of chemistry principles

• Demonstrated safe handling of chemicals

• Experience performing basic plumbing

• Ability to make chemical additions to maintain discharge parameters

• Strong attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
