As the Warehouse Lenti Lead, you will have the daily responsibility to ensure an array of functions are performed that include receiving and processing incoming stock for manufacturing, inventory management, picking and filling orders from stock, and packing, and shipping orders. In addition, you will problem-solve both daily and future challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role has an intense focus and dedication to delivering a high-quality product and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Routine execution of inventory management systems.

  • Ensuring efficient utilization of the space.

  • Performing cycle count and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • SAP Inventory Management.

  • Assists in regulatory inspection and perform safety and quality audits.

  • Answering relevant questions about packaging, methods, storage, and inventory for internal and external clients.

  • Contact with freight forwarder, receiving parties and internal clients.

  • Train to and follow standard operation procedures and work instructions.

  • Follow GMP guidelines and safety guidelines and regulations.

  • Operate PIVs (Powered Industrial Vehicles), as needed.

  • Fulfill Orders/ Replenishment to Manufacturing and QC Operations.

  • Always adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.

  • Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval.

  • Wear protective clothing and equipment as required.

  • Adherence to training requirements.

  • Responsible for GDP (Good documentation practices).

  • Adhere to schedule / policies/ and group guidelines.

  • Full fill orders and replenishment to operations function.

  • Process all inbound materials and put away.

  • Assist Warehouse supervisor in distributing workload to employees.

  • Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.

  • Train new employees.

  • Enforce safety standards and perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse supervisor.

  • Schedules cleaning activities / reviews logbooks and addresses required corrections/ orders new logbooks as needed.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree, Vocational, Certificate, Technical, and/or equivalent degree required.

  • 4 years of relevant work experience required.

  • Experience within any of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain required.

  • Inventory Management experience required.

  • Proven initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and leadership skills required.

  • MS Office Suite proficiency preferred, including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems required.

  • Cryofreezer/ LN2 Handling preferred.

  • Cold chain supply chain knowledge; includes handling of multiple temperature conditions such as 2-8C, 30C, -80C, and -120C preferred.

Other:

  • Availability to work Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM, required

  • Ability to accommodate changes in the schedule including working in other shifts as per operational needs is required

  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 - $97,750 USD. Countries outside US will be compensated using local compensation guidelines.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

o Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

o Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

o Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
