Your Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
Support Sr Project Managers on various phases of ongoing projects.
Coordinate with Sr Project Managers and skilled trades on site.
Handle construction documents such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, budgeting and scheduling.
- Participate in site visit and walk throughs.
Your Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience.
Concrete, civil, masonry construction experience.
Must have strong construction documentation experience handling RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, ect...
Proficiency using MS Project, Bluebeam or Procore.
Experience supporting healthcare and residential project types.
Construction field experience overseeing a project and skilled trades on site.
Client facing experience.
