Job Title: Medical Receptionist MUST SPEAK KOREAN OR CHINESE
Location: Training in Roslyn, NY then will transition to Flushing NY
Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. This non-clinical role is essential for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, scanning results, and may receive training on insurance verifications. With a welcoming personality and a smile, you will be the face of our office, greeting guests and creating a positive first impression. A minimum of 1-year experience is required, and experience in cardiology is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage medical records efficiently
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Perform accurate data entry
Verify insurance information
Schedule patient appointments
Register patients and manage their information
Utilize Outlook, Epic, and electronic health records for daily tasks
Manage calendars and appointments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
