Job DutiesManage system enhancements and projects related to source to pay. Work on rollout new modules and/or new functionality to support business needs. Provide ongoing production support - including problem management. Work on logging tickets, status communication & escalation (as needed). Participate in evaluation of product needs based on business requirements. Partner with fellow team members on overall global systems upgrades, rollouts, evaluation and planning to ensure ongoing supportability of the currently implemented functionality. Interact with users and management, research & implement new functionality (both standard & custom configuration) based on change requests from the business owners. Participate in developing a business case, evaluating options including financial, technical & operational feasibility. Provide training services to 'power users' and 'end users' and manage user expectations. Review of new functionality delivered by the application vendors and communication to business users. Assess and determine scope of implementation efforts for consideration within the overall project/enhancement queue. Develop project plans and determine necessary resources, manage project tasks and timeline, and ensure delivery of necessary system configuration or specifications documentation. Ensure effective communication of project issues and status and ensure successful implementation by working in a coordinating and collaborative role with Business Owners, Oracle Development, Data Architecture, Mastercard Finance Departments, Mastercard Advisors and Oracle Support. Supervise one Senior Business Analyst.Requirements:Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field and two (2) years of experience in job offered, or as a Consultant, Business Analyst or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience.Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following:Orable EBS, Coupa, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, WalkMe.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.Domestic and international travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
