Learn More About the PepsiCo Foundation at https://www.pepsico.com/sustainability/philanthropy.The Associate Analyst, PepsiCo Foundation (FDN) works closely with the Foundation team to ensure accurate and timely Foundation financial reporting and analysis, successful execution of Foundation grant making and coordination of key cross-team deliverables.Primary objectives of this role are to:* Support financial analysis and reporting for the PepsiCo Foundation to drive decision making and meet all external reporting requirements* Monitor and support grant administration through our new grants management platform to drive improved utilization and best practices.* Support execution and day-to-day administration of Foundation grants to drive program effectiveness* Lead coordination of key cross-functional activities to drive team efficiency* To achieve these objectives, the Associate Analyst must demonstrate strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, systems, project management skills and processes discipline, and a willingness and ability to work across internal teams and with non-profit partners to deliver results.Responsibilities* The Associate Analyst’s specific responsibilities center around helping to drive efficiency and effectiveness of Foundation operations. Specifically, the Associate Analyst will:Support financial analysis and reporting including:* Maintaining period reporting processes including support of Foundation forecast, period end SAP reports, funding requests and balance sheet and bank reconciliations* Preparing cash forecast and ensuring timely communication of cash needs to Treasury* Compiling, cleansing, and analyzing Foundation results, survey submissions and tax return support* Serving as subject matter expert for use of CyberGrants Insights module supporting team in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports.* Providing financial analysis to support Foundation Board meetings and other adhoc requests* Monitor and support overall grant governance activities and specific program administration including:* Maintaining tools and templates* Gathering and reviewing documentation for vetting of Foundation grantees* Monitoring and analyzing automated vendor and payment feeds between SAP and CyberGrants* Partnering with 3rd party vendors to reconcile and ensure timely execution of invoices for matching gifts and other Foundation programs* Support execution and day-to-day administration of the Foundation including:* Monitoring and addressing requests to CyberGrants SPA Box (Daily Ad hoc activity)* Maintaining user access and approval flows in CyberGrants* Monitoring and supporting grant agreement execution through DocuSign* Vendor set up and payment execution* Qtly Related Party Listing for Legal* Lead coordination of special projects and other adhoc requests as neededCompensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550 based on a full-time schedule* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavementIn addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement PlanQualificationsRole Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred* 4+ years of related acctg and finance experience required* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams with ability to learn and utilize multiple systems including CyberGrants, SAP, and Business Objects* Strong analytical and data mining skills and process orientation* Ability to work independently handling multiple projects/priorities simultaneouslyCompetencies must include:* Quick learner with the ability to drive execution and process improvements* Strong desire to learn and be challenged* Willingness to embrace change in a growing and dynamic environment* Positive, highly motivated, problem-solving attitude* Effective time management and strong prioritization skillsProject management skillsRole Preferences:* Experience within a corporate Foundation and/or a Corporate 500 company* Passion for social impact* Familiarity with CyberGrants grants management system a plusEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender IdentityIf you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law & EEO is the Law Supplement documents.
