We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap’n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).Currently, the D3 team is searching for a seasoned, conceptual Creative Director to join our high-performing team that lead some of the biggest food brands in the country, like Tostitos, Smartfood, Fritos, and Ruffles. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic, versatile wordsmith with a can-do attitude who delights in details and is lights-out in a room. Someone who hasn’t just contributed to campaigns but created them. Someone with a portfolio that showcases a breadth and depth of thinking across a variety of marketing verticals and target audiences. The newly established position will be responsible for leading insight-driven creative development across the wide portfolio of brands the team supports. They will be leading strategy, brainstorming, and ideation sessions, developing brand platforms and campaigns, creating content, and helping foster the growth of other creative personnel. A successful CD within D3 is a humble, hands-on leader who can inspire marketing stakeholders with their vision and execute it flawlessly. Responsibilities* The Creative Director will lead 360-degree campaigns that integrate media analytics and creative best practices for brands.* Manage team of creatives and freelancers in the development and execution of content for brands.* Partner with outside agencies and technology platform partners to ensure proper execution and best in class learnings.* Manage and supervise multiple projects and teams (both internal and external)* Ensure the team has appropriate resources dedicated to the individual projects* Meet brand objectives* Ensure creative product adheres to best practices across media and platforms* Ensures top-tier creative output that adheres to brand standards* Lead brainstorm sessions* Evaluate creative team and performance* Develop detailed timelines* Present work to internal agency team partners, brand team, and any other stakeholders for approvals / to sell the work* Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings* The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring brand objectives are achieved. The Creative Director should be excellent at developing creative concepts and strategies that are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective. They must be able to conceptualize ideas and carry them through execution. They must have the ability to motivate and direct their team in the conceptualization and production of best-in-class solutions across different platforms.Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.* Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* 10+ years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house agency* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above* Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote* Preferable to have design skills and capabilities* Creative experience with broad brand marketing capabilities in CPG and other categories.* Experience in marketing, brand development, innovation, shopper marketing and/or consumer insights.* Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity.
