Payroll Tax Manager (F/M/X)
About the role
Our Payroll and Benefits Team in North America, composed of 13 people, is integrated in the Human Resource department and focuses on Payroll and Benefits Administration in collaboration with Global Business Services.
As a Payroll Tax Manager, you will work on Payroll Tax Management, Payroll Accounting and Compliance to support the organization within North America. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Payroll tax compliance and have a positive impact on the success within the department.
You will be accountable for:
Manage reconciliation of data related to ADP tax interface on a payroll by payroll basis – analyze and verify that taxes are in balance with payroll
Audit Payroll Tax returns – U.S. and Canada
Manage Federal and State payroll tax audits for all entities
Preparation of quarterly and annual reconciliation of W2 wages and withholdings for all entities
Provide analytical assistance to divisional Accounting Departments for matters related to payroll tax and deduction liability accounts
We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Bachelor degree or equivalent of 7 plus years’ experience.
Relevant work experience in Payroll Tax and Payroll Accounting.

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the US base pay reasonably expected for this role is $134,000 to $143,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
