The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation needs of an apartment building and reports directly to property manager. The candidate must live onsite. Daily responsibilities include answering tenant calls related to maintenance issues and resolving those issues, meeting with contractors and confirming work performed, assisting the building management with various construction projects, and completing tasks as instructed by the building management. Experience with basic commercial plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, fire sprinkler, electric, and landscaping is preferred. Salary based on experience. Job includes a salary and free apartment living.
