As a Mint Category Manager, you will be responsible to bring a significant added-value to the Oral Care market through driven business objectives, regional strategies, and promote Mint Tonality as a key differentiated portfolio. You will report to the Global Category Director - Oral Care

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead regional implementation of global strategy

  • Manage Regional brief qualification & project management in collaboration with flavorist and application technologist in a given scope

  • Lead the marketing expertise and identify with commercial teams future opportunities to turn these opportunities into actionable projects

  • Drive the Mint tonality excellence & promote the portfolio

  • Position Mint portfolio into consumer key benefits

  • Drive Mint Sustainable initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders

    You bring

  • Master degree in marketing/business administration required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Fluent in English

  • Oral Care market understanding & Marketing experience in designing concepts

  • Comfortable & up to speed with digital & computer tools

  • A sense of business mindset
