Co-ordinate with technical teams and business/account professionals to research industry, evaluate technical needs of clients and develop presentations and IT solution proposals; Driveinitiatives regarding application systems for digital front door, enterprise call center, clinical practice automation and their delivery mapping to patient journey; Support generation andexpansion of sales of IT services using technical, customer, and industry knowledge and advise on nature of proposed IT solutions and suggest how company can better meet clients’needs; Identify and mitigate risks associated with healthcare application delivery, including data security, privacy and technology vulnerabilities in supporting, maintaining and enhancingexisting applications using C#, Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, ASP.NET Web Forms, and AJAX; Collaborate with external vendors/partners for the development and integration of healthcareapplication or components and develop and execute a strategic roadmap for healthcare application and program delivery, aligning it with the organization’s goals and priorities.
