IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED

Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location: Princeton, NJ - hybrid (2 days in office)

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other Finance related field preferred.

  • 3 years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable Experience. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with an attention to quality and timely analysis and reporting.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of D365 ERP system.

  • Highly motivated and paying great attention to detail. Strong endurance to work under tight timelines and complex/changing situations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description:

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for reviewing and paying invoices accurately and timely. The individual should be proficient in the D365 ERP system. Also, they will be responsible for enforcing Procure to Pay policies to ensure companywide compliance.

  • Process Non-PO and PO invoices into D365 ERP system.

  • Correct Errors and resolve all discrepancies.

  • Facilitate the payment process by ensuring all required documentation is accompanied with the payment request. Verify approvals are received on ALL invoices and check requests.

  • Assist with audit requests internal and external when necessary.

  • Prepare ad-hoc and special projects as deemed necessary.

  • Maintain Accounts payable files and records.

  • Respond timely to internal (employee) and external (vendor) inquiries.
