What You'll Do:
The core schedule for this position will be Monoday through Friday with hours of either 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm or 11:00 am - 7:00 pm w/ occasional weekend coverage
Key Responsibilities:
Concierge is a part of the "Administrator on Duty" program which requires One Weekend every 9 to 10 weeks
The Concierge is responsible for coordinating guest hospitality services for residents and family members within the facility
This position is a key in creating a positive service environment
The successful candidate will create and maintain a strong relationship with staff in all departments by encouraging communication, collaboration, and dedication to customer service and quality improvement
This position offers opportunities to work directly with local and corporate leadership teams to develop, maintain and exceed The Grand Healthcare System service experience and culture within the facility
Always having a positive demeanor!
Giving tours of the facility to visitors
Making sure new admissions are greeted with a welcome bag and escorted to their room; confirming rooms are clean and ready to take in the new admission prior to their arrival
Coordinating service-related activities to ensure goals for customer satisfaction, and minimize escalation of any complaints
Responsible for making facility rounds to engage residents, families, and visitors in conversation while ensuring satisfaction with the care and services we provide
Working alongside department directors, keeping them informed on any concerns; following-up to ensure they have been resolved
Conducting both an 'Entry Survey' and 'Exit Survey' for all residents

USD $18.50 - USD $21.50 /Hr.
