As the first point of contact for our collision center, you will assist customers who have experienced automobile accidents or need auto body repairs. What You'll Do:

As our Administrative Assistant - Collision Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service for our customers and team.

  • Customer Assistance: Be knowledgeable and assist customers in person or by phone with their collision insurance claims, estimate/repair procedures, and the steps needed to process their claims.

  • Communication Management: Answer and screen incoming calls, assist estimators with follow-up phone calls, and manage accounts receivable.

  • Rental and Loaner Car Coordination: Assist in managing the rental car program and oversee the pick-up/drop-off process of loaner vehicles.

  • Administrative Support: Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and receiving payments.

  • Technology Utilization: Use strong web-based program skills and keyboarding abilities to ensure efficient administrative operations.
