Responsibilities:

• Working directly with customers both in person and on the phone in a retail atmosphere.
• Helping customers identify correct replacement parts for their trucks or trailers.
• Picking parts from inventory for deliveries
• Helping to restock inventory.
• Create invoices and process payments, process returns, and credits.

Requirements

• Must have a background in heavy truck or automotive parts or possess a mechanical aptitude.
• Must be comfortable with internet-based applications.
• Must have a willingness to learn and become better in their career
• Must be dependable.
• Positive attitude
• Must communicate effectively with managerial staff.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be committed to working flexible hours as needed including Saturdays.
• Will need to have the ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
