Overview

Job Summary: Provide exceptional client support and responsible for instructing all new CPAP set ups. Ability to work with clients with initial fitting and all followup needs.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up and instructing all new CPAP set ups.

• Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls.

• Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client. Utilize the mask guarantee program.

• Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:

• Use and care of the Products

• Fitting problems and how to solve them

• Patient Rights and Responsibilities

• Company’s services and availability

• Patient Instruction and Follow-up

• All Patient oriented paperwork

• Community Resources

• Assist with education events for patients/clients and community.

• Performs other duties as needed

Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

  Experience:

• Required: 1-2 years previous experience as a Respitory Therapist in a hospital setting

  Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test

• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

  Compensation: $28.00-$29.00 per hour

  The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
