Workers will provide vegetable crop care, plant management, hand weeding, thinning, cutting runners, cutting dead stems, cleaning old fruit of dead plant material, soil preparation, and planting/harvesting of fruits and vegetables. Workers will sort fruits according to size, color, shape and degree of maturity; keep count of harvested and loaded crops, ensuring accuracy of all counts, record keeping, overages, shortages, and errors. May use handheld knife and/or cannery ring.
