$60,000 Salary

Job Description:

• Maintain Fixed Assets including depreciation, its integration with Capital spending, loaned equipment asset location system and the GL.

• Determine and prepare all journal entries, reconcile to the GL and prepare roll forward.

• Given the order of magnitude of loaned equipment, responsibility requires heavy collaboration with Customer Care, Technical Service and Logistics.

• Identify and resolve all write-off and/or retirements of fixed assets, including our loaned equipment. Collaborate with various functions and including the Account Close team, to do this work.

• Summarize all transactions for tax purposes.

• Ensure data integrity of all transactions generated in the GL for Fixed Assets, daily.

• Maintain and track capital appropriations spending to budget and forecasts.

• Works across organization directly with Field Sales, Accounting, Logistics and Customer Care to resolve customer discrepancie
