We're seeking a future team member to join our People Function as a dedicated member of our Operating Model Transformation team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (HYBRID). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support end-to-end project management, design, and execution of activities for the People Workstream. Partner with cross-functional workstreams touching various HR products (e.g., Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards Planning). Deliver executive-ready, high-quality work, in a consumable manner. Act as an interface to other workstreams or bodies of work to problem solve, surface dependencies, and escalate or remove blockers. Ensure coordination, consistency, fairness, and engagement while influencing best practices. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 7-10 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR. Typically, 3+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrated success in Talent Management, organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Total Rewards Planning. Must be proficient with Microsoft O365 Suite (including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) and have experience with HR/people management systems of record (preferably Oracle). Experience with project management preferred, including with tools like JIRA. Knowledge of or experience with agile methodology and/or workforce transformation is a plus.
