Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for planning and controlling multiple projects simultaneously. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining construction project schedules and budgets to ensure that projects meet initial estimates. You will prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, assist the estimating team to ensure that site surveys for estimating are complete and accurate, and manage field engineer staff to provide project submittals and critical project documents as required by specifications. Additionally, you will administer project meetings with operations and subcontractors to make necessary changes to finalize work schedules.

Hard Skills

  • Construction Management or Project Management experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, etc.)

  • Project scheduling experience

  • Knowledge of Change Orders, RFI's, RFP's

Soft Skills

  • Effective communication

  • Strong leadership

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This position requires you to be in the office 5 days per week, with some site visits to check in and meet with team members.
