Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Office Clerk:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to office staff and management, including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases. Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Correspondence: Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Filing and Organization: Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents and information. File documents accurately and promptly
Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed
Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. Place orders for office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment using appropriate postage and mailing methods
Assistance with Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in office administration is a plus
Previous experience in an office environment preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software applications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic office environment
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed
Background check and drug screening required
