What to Expect Schedule: Nights: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM rotates e/o W/E.

Shift differentials for Nights and W/E as applicable.

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you'll get to: * Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match. * Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations. * Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent to qualify for ASCP MLS certification. * Must meet CLIA requirements for high complexity testing. * Current MLS/BB/SBB certification or must receive within 6 months of eligibility.
