We are seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to support the growth of Industrial Scientific by creating and contributing to high-quality marketing content and strategy, including web copy, social media content, blogs, email campaigns, and other content to be used in marketing programs across the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Write, edit, and distribute both short and long-form content including web copy, email campaigns, press releases, social content, and other materials to position Industrial Scientific’s services and unique story

  • Supports content tracking and project management; ensuring content calendar is up to date and content deliverable dates are adhered to

  • Monitor industry/trade media outlets for relevant articles, opportunities, and trends; make recommendation on content needs

  • Communicate with internal teams to identify company news, initiatives, and story ideas to leverage in internal/external communications and publications

  • Coordinate relationship with media buyers and create copy for print and digital advertisements

  • Identify opportunities to communicate company news and obtain award recognition

  • Track the performance and success metrics of content; make recommendations for future modifications

  • Work with internal team and external resources to create, optimize, and drive SEO focused content

Qualifications - External

Requirements:

  • B. S. degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business communications or marketing, including social media

  • Effective communicator with an audience/customer-first mindset

  • Thorough knowledge of AP style and grammar

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Metrics-driven with an interest in analytics and content performance metrics

  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing demands

  • Self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and at the same time thrives in a high-performance team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HubSpot; Bonus skills: Experience in SEMRush (or similar), experience in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Three days a week in office at One Life Way
