Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinates marketing strategies and functions for University brands, services, and product lines working across multiple markets and channels while adhering to strict branding and style guidelines. Employs writing and graphic design skills to target specific audiences across various mediums using analytics and metrics to measure and improve results. Writes and adapts collateral copy; designs and produces marketing materials. Works with authors and acquisition editors, purchases advertising, and assists in market development strategies.

Essential Functions

Developing and implementing social media strategies; Creating and distributing a newsletter to a variety of audiences; Coordinating content for a network of digital TVs; Assisting with administrative processes; Assisting with special projects assigned by the Director, Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications, Vice Provost & Dean of Students, and/or the Provost; Capturing photography and video at events; Other duties as assigned.

Position is primarily sedentary in nature.
