Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $22 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Technician:

• Painting

• Trash removal

• Basic repairs

• Conducts apartment and property inspections

Available shifts:

Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Must have Valid Drivers License

• Must have prior experience

• Must know how to do basic repairs including plumbing, electrical and heating.

• Background check required
