DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform such duties as constructing and installing metal pins, shelving, gondolas, turnstiles, customer control railing, and display units. You will fabricate, install, and maintain elevated offices, center tables, steps, counters, partitions, walls, platforms, cabinets, supply shelves, worktables, desktops, change drawers, interior and exterior signs, and all necessary finish trim work. Your work will involve operating a variety of construction and maintenance tools and equipment in completing assigned tasks.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Salary:The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Special Requirements: This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License. Other Requirements: You must meet thePA residency requirement. Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation.  An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.  Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
