Job Title: Grounds Maintenance

Shift: 8am-4:30pm M-F

Pay: $20/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team at a 324-unit Affordable Housing community. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash around all properties, including the office and warehouse.

• Clean out vacated units.

• Deliver tools and materials to buildings as needed.

• Assist with maintenance tasks as needed.

• Assist with replacing appliances as needed.

• Assist with stocking materials at the warehouse when needed.

• Spray and cut weeds along sidewalks and off-street parking areas as needed (subcontracted).

• Assist with snow removal as needed (subcontracted).

• Pressure wash the dumpster areas and trash enclosures as needed.

This role is based in a 324-unit Affordable Housing community. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
