We're a dynamic company on the cutting edge of roofing and remodeling, and we're looking for a superstar Event Manager and Lead Generator to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging events that not only wow attendees but also generate high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline.

In this dynamic role, you'll:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute captivating events: Develop event themes, source venues and vendors, manage budgets, and oversee logistics from start to finish.
• Become a lead generation machine: Implement lead capture strategies at events, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Be a marketing maestro: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop pre- and post-event promotional campaigns to maximize attendance and generate buzz.
• Embrace data-driven decision making: Track event performance through key metrics and use data to continuously improve future events.
• Be a connector and brand ambassador: Build strong relationships with vendors, attendees, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management and lead generation
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful events with measurable ROI
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and a passion for crafting engaging experiences
• Proficiency in project management tools and marketing automation platforms (a plus!)
