Description

We are looking for a Controller to direct a top-performing team. As an exceptional communicator and proficient financial analyst, this individual will optimize our budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting procedures. Furthermore, the Controller will generate comprehensive reports on our financial status for senior management, assisting in enhancing our operational efficiency and contributing to our ongoing expansion.

· Offer comprehensive financial insights to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting suitable data points.

· Steer financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to the current economic environment.

· Establish, administer, and uphold financial controls and guidelines.

· Optimize payroll efficiency via innovative process development.

· Aid in the creation and support of short-term and long-term operational strategies.

· Uphold internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budget versus actual spending

· Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, monitor programs, and report bi-weekly, monthly and annually

· Administer consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, staying updated on local and national legal standards and anticipated legislation

· Create and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows

· Meet budgetary objectives through proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective measures.

Requirements

· Minimum of five-year professional experience in accounting

· Proficient understanding of financial data analysis and banking procedures

· Comprehensive knowledge in compliance reporting and national and local tax regulations

· Proven skills in payroll management and the optimization of accounting processes

· Demonstrated record of successful financial project management.

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field
