Federated Hermes Conference Planner in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania

We have an exciting opportunity for a Conference Planner in our downtown Pittsburgh Headquarters!

 

What You'll Do

As part of our Conference & Special Events department, you'll coordinate and execute multiple aspects of seminars, conferences, conventions, trade shows and special events to create a positive and engaging participant experience. You'll negotiate contracts, process invoices and expense reports and monitor conference budgets.  You'll also have the opportunity to network and build relationships with colleagues and vendors while working in a highly collaborative team environment. 

 

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Three years' experience in meeting planning; experience in hospitality / marketing field helpful
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use a variety of technology necessary to coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings and events.  Cvent meeting software experience preferred.
