Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Plum, PA. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our facilities operate at peak performance while driving key maintenance initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Facility Excellence: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure all building systems meet operational standards.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential issues before they arise by conducting thorough assessments and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.

• Energy Efficiency Champion: Support initiatives that improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.

• Safety First: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies to maintain a secure environment.

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of operations.

• Project Collaboration: Partner with contractors and vendors to manage repairs, installations, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facility operations, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and general building repairs.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.

• Effective communication skills with team members, tenants, and vendors.

• Education or Certifications in relevant trades (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.
