Xylem Aftermarket Sales Supervisor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

 Leads, coaches, mentors, and develos team of Sales Professionals

 Delivers on revenue/customer growth targets

 Aligns objectives of team with Organizational Goals and Objectives; objectives for assigned unit/area defined by upper management

 Exemplifies Evoqua's Growth Enabling Behaviors and leverages those to foster a high performing team

 Provides accurate Sales Forecasting data

 Responsible for a smaller number of direct reports; hires, fires, conducts performance appraisals and pay reviews, in conjunction with more senior leaders

 Other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED) Required: High School Diploma of equivalent Up to 5 years of sales experience or other applicable industry experience Preferred: BS/BA preferred 2.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required :

 Strong communication skills

 Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing

 Ability to manage activities of team including Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Process Specialists (typically up to 6 Sales Professionals)

 Ability to continue to carry own Sales Targets

 Broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills

 Developing understanding of Sales Leadership techniques

 Ability/latitude to make decisions to achieve defined goals

 Must have an acceptable driving record to be insurable to drive for company business

 Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems

 Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Salary range:

$70,500.00 - $126,500.00
