Description The primary function of this position will be to sell IEEE Intellectual Property to smaller academic and/or corporate institutions and growth organizations. This position will also be responsible for the growth and on-line conversion of the IEEE non-member subscription products. This position will be evaluated by sales revenues, the numbers of prospects and customers that are driven to WEBEX sales presentations and trainings, and the number successful trials for all products. A key initiative is to manage and grow IEEE revenues and increase our base market penetration of IEEE Online subscribers through the sale of our online Products. Products include established IEEE products such as Enterprise, eLearning, eBooks, ISOL, CWG and CSDL and new / additional products as they are added to the mix. Achieve a minimum of $200,000 in new sales annually. Renew approximately $1M to $4M in IEEE online sales annually. This position will work closely with the Director Inside Sales to develop new sales programs and promotions to increase the penetration into this market. As a senior member of the organization with more experience, this position will act as mentor and coach for new Inside Sales Specialists who need guidance. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
