Join our Digital Marketing team as the eCommerce Media Sr. Manager (SEM/PPC) where you will help oversee the paid media and growth strategy for Qunol and its other brands. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative group, drive ROl, to deliver traffic, revenue, and new customers to the brand. He/She will also be working closely with external agencies and cross functional team members, and will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of digital marketing paid media channels, with a primary focus on Amazon Search Advertising as well as various retail media platforms like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Instacart, Criteo.

Main responsibilities:
Lead the overall paid media strategy and drive customer traffic, conversion and ROl for all paid digital marketing channels. Primarily focusing on Amazon (AMS, Amazon Ads, PPC) while helping evolve the use of AMC within the shopper journey.
Activate, manage, and report on retailer media, and paid search & shopping to further accelerate ecommerce growth for Qunol.
Manage multiple external Agency relationships for digital channels; build partnerships, monitor performance and seek improvement opportunities.
Own paid search pacing, budgeting, and forecasting process, as well as quarterly/monthly/weekly forecasting and reporting for traffic, revenue, spend, ROl and other performance KPls.
Advocate for the customer journey and be a part of the Qunol eCommerce pod in partnership with customer, creative and brand teams.
Collaborate with social, digital & programmatic leads to plan, develop and execute new customer acquisition programs, retention programs, reactivation and retargeting tactics through paid media channels.
Manage creative assets for paid media channels, including advising on best media practices, briefing creative development team, and trafficking ads to agency partners.
Ability to train and engage entry/junior level talent on best-in-class technical search strategy & execution across retail platforms, from campaign creation to optimization and performance measurement/analysis.
Other responsibilities and learning opportunities
Lead the activation of new brand launches on a day-to-day basis. Ensure execution is in line with the go-to-market plan.
Optimize comms and content based on A/B testing
Identify new insights/ learnings to identify new territories, events, and activation opportunities
Develop ongoing strategic execution based on performance indicators, consumer & industry trends, and market research.
About you
Minimum 4+ years of experience within digital marketing and paid search channels, with hands-on expertise in Amazon Advertising as well as other retail search platforms.
Confidence using performance analysis & visualization tools not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, and 3rd party ad management platforms like Flywheel Commerce Cloud and/or Pacvue.
Paid Search & Shopping experience (Google Ads, Bing Ads etc.) preferred but not required.
Experience working in advertising agency, brand, or ad tech environment preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field preferred.
Proven track record of successful campaign launches and executions.
Ability to apply analysis to influence business decisions to drive performance.
Must be comfortable presenting to key internal & external stakeholders.
Highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The salary range for this position is:
$108,750.00 - $157,083.33
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
