Job Title: Project Architect/Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Architect and Project Manager with 7-15+ years of experience, preferably registered in PA or on track for quick registration, and experience in healthcare. The role involves handling multiple projects simultaneously across various stages from conceptual design to construction documentation, both independently and as part of a team. Projects include ambulatory outpatient, inpatient, health science, and laboratory settings.

Must Haves:

• Experience and Portfolio samples within Healthcare (ambulatory outpatient, inpatient, health science and laboratory settings.)

• Project Management or Project Architecture experience respectively at a previous firm

• 7-15+ years of experience

• Licensed/Registered

• Revit AutoCAD experience preferred but if not proficient speak to me anyway. They will be more at a management level and have ability to train here.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
