DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Pricing Manager - US, Health and Medical

About the Role  Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join the team.

What You Will Do   * Facilitates implementation of the right Go-to-Market pricing driving for an optimal balance between price, volume and mix via continuous price improvement to help offset cost inflation, sustainable / healthy volume growth, and solid mix enhancement.  * Promote the use of advanced analytics and statistical capabilities/approaches to generate insights/intelligence and to drive data-driven decisions with greater effectiveness.  * Deliver critical decision-making tools to sales & marketing that are dynamic/interactive, robust/flexible and financially insightful. Implements defined TAS structure (e.g. discounts, trade spend, bonus, rebate).  * Execute price monitoring incl. following-up on market pricing vs. price strategy, analyzing data and proposing corrective actions.  * Identify external benchmark providers and networks, establish relations and actively participate.

Who You Are   * Bachelor's degree in finance-related major  * Experience working in a health system setting - specifically understanding GPOs and distribution.  * Excellent Excel skills.  * Microsoft Office experience.  * Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic
