Collier's engineering and design Part Time Receptionist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our Philadelphia, PA office who can work roughly 20 hours per week. This Receptionist will greet and assist all visitors who enter establishment at the firm's main entrance and operate the switchboard by answering and directing all calls. Responsibilities

Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Contact employee based on visitor request. Answer the main switchboard and route calls to proper person. Research caller requests to route calls effectively. Take messages for an absent person or route calls to voice mail. Receive all incoming packages. Open, date-stamp and sort all incoming mail. Manage bid packages. Assist with interoffice mail distribution. Remain knowledgeable on company information including, but not limited to, service lines and geographic locations. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. 0-2+ years of related experience. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. What We Offer
