Actalent Manufacturing Technician- Aseptic Cleaning in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for supporting activities and disinfecting GMP space, equipment, and associated areas involved in the manufacture of Master and Working Cell Banks. Your role is pivotal in the production facilities that manufacture Cell & Gene Therapy products and final product fills in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Your day-to-day tasks will involve operation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for solution and material preparation. An understanding of aseptic technique concepts and proper cleanroom behavior is expected.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
The role operates within an aseptic manufacturing environment that requires full gowning. You must be able to wear appropriate clean room attire such as surgical masks and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Please note that holiday and shift work are often required based on the manufacturing schedule as determined by Management. One of the significant selling points of this role is the potential for rapid advancement based on performance rather than tenure.
