Description We are in search of a Jr. Systems Administrator to join our team located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Jr. Systems Administrator, you will be instrumental in maintaining our software and hardware systems, applying system updates, and ensuring optimal network performance. This role will also involve managing network equipment, maintaining security protocols, and collaborating with various teams to implement technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the efficient and accurate installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems in collaboration with the System Administrator

• Assisting with the management and troubleshooting of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls

• Collaborating with system administrators and MSP team members to optimize network performance and reliability

• Monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues that affect functionality, and maintaining network security protocols and access controls

• Assisting in the management of backup and disaster recovery solutions, performing routine data backups, and ensuring data integrity

• Participating in disaster recovery drills and testing, as well as participating in security audits and vulnerability assessments

• Creating and configuring user accounts, email, and access permissions, and collaborating with the service desk to resolve user issues promptly

• Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, and preparing reports on system performance and incident resolutions

• Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of security policies and protocols, and monitoring system logs for security breaches and unauthorized access

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support business objectives. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.

• Knowledge and experience with Citrix Technologies is necessary.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential.

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies is a must.

• Must have experience with Firewall Technologies.

• Ability to perform AB Testing is required.

• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory is necessary.

• Experience with Backup Technologies is important.

• Understanding of Cluster Analysis is required.
