Responsibilities

• Composing correspondence and proofreading materials

• Coordinating orders to ensure process completion

• Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required

• Maintaining kindness and professionalism while interacting with customers to provide superior customer service

• Assisting with preparations for trade shows and conventions and attending them

• Supporting sales teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

• Facilitating the promotion of company products and services

• Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees

• Preparing travel and meeting arrangements

• Handling the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations

  Requirements

• Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Background working with Collection Processes

• Expertise in communication

• Earlier work involving Perform Ad Hoc Financial

• Adeptness in analytics

• Experience with suppliers

• Computer Skills experience highly desired

• Logistics experience highly preferred

• Foundational knowledge in documentation

• General familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Customer service experience desired

• Experience with reporting

• Previous experience working with Communication Skills

• Sales experience

• Deep understanding of Restocking

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suites

• Practical knowledge of social media

• Demonstrated knowledge of Invoice

• Financial Services experience desired

• Buying Processes experience preferred

• Good understanding of negotiation

• Statistics experience required

• Execute experience highly valued

• Prior experience with account management

• Foundational knowledge in Terminations

• Comprehension of Attendance

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

• Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients and vendors

• Recommended experience includes 2+ years of Sales Assistance

• Applicants are encouraged to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field

• Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
