Genesis Healthcare HR Compliance Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Position Summary:The Coordinator Compliance-HR works closely with the Director-Assistance in the review of background check investigation records to determine employment eligibility for candidates based on guidelines and company policies to ensure we meet regulatory requirements for hiring candidates and ongoing requirements for active employees. The Coordinator interacts with Center contact, Administrators and Market field based Leaders to communicate background check results.SHRI

Qualifications:

Qualifications1. Possess experience in the Human Resources or related field, preferred.2. Must be able to work with very sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at alltimes3. Demonstrates honesty, discipline and integrity4. Works with positive attitude, demonstrating teamwork5. Excellent computer skills, Microsoft excel is plus6. Requires professionalism, organizational skills, be detail oriented to follow assignments7. This position requires the ability and desire to learn8. Performs other tasks as assigned by the manager9. Strong verbal and written communication skills10. Ability to multi-task
