Business/Function Overview: The primary responsibility of the Formulation & Packaging (F&P) Supply Chain Planning Director is to manage the global formulation and packaging planning for FMC's owned, tolled and procured sources. The F&P Supply Chain Planning Director role will also be responsible for driving improvements in the Sales & Operation Process (S&OP) and for managing a global team. This role will report to the Integrated Operations Director for Formulations and Packaging.

Responsibilities: Lead a globally diverse team of 75 resources including direct and indirect leaders and individual contributors covering the following scope of roles: Formulation & Packaging (F&P) regional Planning managers, Master Schedulers, Supply Planners, Demand Planners, and Distribution Requirements Planners Accountable for F&P team staffing, development and assigning work allocation throughout the organization to ensure continuous coverage of roles Creates and maintains a viable supply plan (0-24 month) for global F&P products within the advanced planning system to balance plant constraints, demand, and working capital Scope of accountability covers approximately $4.6B in sales sold supplied from 15 FMC owned facilities as well as more than 50 partner 'toll process' facilities located in the Americas, Europe and Asia Partners with peers that include AI Supply Chain Planning Director, Procurement Director, Finance Director, Commercial Directors, Regional Operations Directors, and both AI and F&P Integrated Operations Directors to ensure smooth communication flow and issue resolution across organizations Manages and resolves supply issues within the active Sales & Operation Process (S&OP-Oliver Wright methodology)and Sales & Operation Execution (S&Oe) horizons Responsible for management of inventory to balance service and working capital metrics for $1.5B of inventory Leads the analysis and scenario planning to identify potential gaps and opportunities, including holding the accountability to identify supply issues and recommended solutions to Executive S&OP Partners with Center of Excellence (CoE) and other functional leaders to drive improvement in the 5 steps of the S&OP process Ensures S&Oe processes are in place in all regions to drive quick resolution on supply/demand imbalances in manner that drives value for FMC Drives continuous improvements in key supply chain performance metrics and overall planning effectiveness Works with regional teams to implement fit for purpose supply chains that balance cost, speed, and service

Required Education: B.S. in Chemistry, Engineering, Technology, or Supply Chain; M.S.or MBA preferred

Qualifications: At leas 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Demonstrated leadership of geographically diverse team members Demonstrated safety execution, continuous improvement and processes implementation Ability to create, implement, measure, control and improve processes Ability to think critically about issues, form objective opinions, and make timely/effective decisions and hold the appropriate parties accountable for the outcomes Strategic thinkker with a strong buisness (financial) acumen Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP software (SAP preferred) and advanced planning technology
