The Role at a glance:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Event Bartender to join our Constellation events team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional beverage service at various events.

Compensation is $20 per hour

What you'll be doing:

• Beverage Preparation: Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Bar Setup & Breakdown: Efficiently set up and dismantle bar stations, ensuring all necessary tools and supplies are available and organized.

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.

• Compliance: Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification when necessary.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Age Requirements: Must be at least 18 years ld.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of mixology, beverage preparation, and alcohol safety protocols.

• RAMP Certification

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience: Prior bartending experience in event settings.

• Additional Skills: Knowledge of wine pairings and craft cocktails.
