DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Digitial Content Specialist

About the Role  Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Digital Content Specialist to maintain the overall shopper content management process and coordinate shopper content development and deployment for E-Commerce channel.

The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia, PA metro, as this is a hybrid position.

What You Will Do   * Content Library Ownership: Manage and curate the content library, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant. Oversee the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, organizing and optimizing assets for efficient use.  * Product Detail Pages (PDPs): Strategically own PDPs to improve conversion rates. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance PDP content and layout. Conduct competitive analysis and user experience (UX) research to optimize PDPs.  * Reviews Collection and Syndication: Take charge of collecting and syndicating product reviews across e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms.  * Content Syndication Management: Coordinate the distribution of content across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

?Who You Are   * Bachelor's degree in marketing-related field.  * Minimum of 2y in an e-commerce setting.  * Technical Skills: Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools and content syndication platforms.  * Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) from various sources to inform data-driven decisions.  * E-Commerce Experience: Previous work in e-commerce retail marketplaces.  * Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
