Herman Goldner Co Inc. Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrative Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
This positon is for an AP / AR administrator supporting a large Mechanical Serive and Construction company in Southeast Philadelphia. The postion is full time, reporting in person to the office Monday through Friday 7:00 am through 3:30 pm.
Accounts Payable: Timely and accurate invoice entry to allow for proper coding and promp payments to vendors. Research and resolve problem invoices to include communication with vendors.
Accounts Receivable: Assist with preparation of customer invoices with Service Module & Job Cost Module. REview and update customer data base for correct contact information. Support with related special projects.
Applicants should have 5 years experience in AP/AR and a working knowledge with Great Plains Microsoft Dynamics platform.
