Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary:Generate advertising revenue and meet sales targets through the renewal of sales contracts, managing a book of established business, and reengaging with previous clients. Deliver local sales revenue and client retention through the renewal of powerful digital and printed Out of Home (OOH) advertising. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolves any issues, and provides updates on additional products or inventory. Job Responsibilities Drives for revenue goal attainment, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Makes proactive outreach to a list of prospects (may include accounts that have spent in the past with Clear Channel Outdoor) and persuasively communicates strategies for meeting customer needs. Manages a portfolio of established accounts; maintains and increases account spend using effective sales techniques. Engages with prior clients to reestablish a working relationship to match CCO's products with their advertising needs. Ensures client satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the client's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff. Negotiates fees or services with clients with management approval. Achieves monthly activity and sales quotas to drive success. Accurately inputs activity into CRM (Salesforce) to maintain pipeline and efficiently follow up with prospects and customers. Completes other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience required.

Work Experience Minimum 2 years of sales experience or other relevant work experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of business-to-business and progressive sales experience strongly preferred.

Skills Skilled in working closely with customers to develop and cultivate client relationships in order to grow accounts. Has a collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse client groups. Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms. Willing to learn and use Sales Force or other CRMs to the level of fluency.

Negotiating: Seeking to resolve different perspectives or matters of dispute by discovering shared interests and finding mutually acceptable solutions. Presentation: Preparing and delivering presentations in a variety of formal and informal settings, engaging the audience and managing the logistical components of the presentation such as the location and technology.

This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
