Full Job DescriptionJob#: 2065474Job Description:Infrastructure Build Teams in the configuration/build of that infrastructure as well as aiding the Operations teams in monitoring the health and well being of that infrastructure.Day to Day work on these applications includes building servers and loading applications for use, upgrades, help with server/application troubleshooting, potential re-installation and configuration of the application, administrative and risk deliverables, vulnerability remediation on the servers, change management work, vendor support, adhoc requests for information and support to operations as needed. Work here is heavy server admin type work with the need for understanding security and Organizational Unit structure for server security and access control.Additionally, this candidate needs to know how to build and administer both Windows and Linux servers and will need to understand the functionality of both the Net Apps Active IQ Unified Manager product and on Hitachis Remote Ops product.¿Understanding of how NetApps NAS storage worksUnderstanding of how Hitachis Object storage worksUnderstanding of NAS and Object storage configurations, management and operations workFluent in server administration for both Windows and Linux servers......including server security, OU structures and access control.Fluent in the build of both Windows and Linux serversHitachis Remote Ops product.Net Apps Active IQ Unified Manager productAbility to automate repetitive tasks when gathering/sending data from/to servers including server configuration and build tasks.Project Management skillsEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
