Westchester Jewish Community Services GRANTS PROJECT MANAGER in Peekskill, New York

Overview:

WJCS is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) which are located in Mt. Vernon, Hartsdale, Yonkers, and Peekskill. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to providing innovative services to individuals receiving treatment from community mental health clinics. The compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000/year.

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing and monitoring federal and NYS grant activities related to this comprehensive service delivery.

  • Managing the preparation and submission of project data to funding sources (SAHMSA and OMH).

  • Acting as a liaison between WJCS’ finance department and CCBHC Project Director(s) to review grant fund drawdowns, monitor grant activities and data dashboards to assure full compliance with requirements.

  • Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and assist in the development of required financial forms and program narratives.

  • Overseeing effective service integration, ensuring universal adoption of assessment tools required by SAMHSA.

  • Assisting in the establishment of program workflows to ensure teams meet all of the necessary CCBHC service requirements, including those related to SAMHSA and OMH reporting requirements, data collection, budget and fiscal considerations.

    Requirements:

    We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s in Public Health, LMSW, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or a PhD in Psychology.

  • Experience in program development, supervisory/management in a health, MH/SUD treatment setting a plus, including experience with a culturally diverse & complex need population;

  • Proficient in Excel, data spreadsheets, and other data systems is required.
